As a coordinator in our Pension Administration department, you will assist the manager in the coordination, processing and analysis of financial and operational information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate financial activities with the responsible of the departments and client services teams
- Transmit information requests to stakeholders and ensure follow-up
- Analyze information received
- Coordinate activities related to the preparation of the department's annual budgets and participate in the entire process
- Implement various procedures, ensure that they are updated and provide training in their field of expertise as needed
- Participate in the production of monthly reports on financial and operational results
- Participate in all other activities of the budget team

Qualifications required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or administration with 3 years of relevant experience or a college degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- Be perfectly bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
- Have good analytical and synthesis skills, a good team spirit and collaboration, be rigorous in handling files and have very good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational skills, be autonomous and manage several priorities simultaneously
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
