Our team is looking for an experienced product marketer to help us market our suite of innovative products. **The Role**:
Working directly with Product, Design, Growth Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams on a daily basis, this role is a critical component in communicating how our products deliver value to our customers. As a member of our newly formed Product Marketing function, you will also have the opportunity to lead and collaborate across the organization as we build new adoption initiatives, educational collateral, and consumer marketing campaigns from the ground up All while influencing the growth of our function. Additionally, this role will be a key stakeholder when exploring new segment personas, working with Product Marketing to kick-up customer-facing experiments on a regular basis, so experience in experimentation and feature testing is a must.
**What you’ll do**:
- Identify and leads customer-facing marketing initiatives for CoPilot’s product suite, across all channels.
- Collaborate with GTM and product functions in order to effectively position and market our product’s unique value.
- Create and deliver high-quality education that communicates both the value and workflow of new or enhanced product functionality, both internally and externally.
- Work directly with product and marketing teams to create experimental initiative that allow us to rapidly validate our approaches or understand business constraints.
- Work cross-functionally with RevOps functions (Growth, Sales, CS) to ensure OKR alignment.
- Analyze recordings and conduct customer interviews, in addition to tracking product analytics, in order to deeply understand our customers needs and ideal audiences as we work towards revenue growth.
- Help our business reach its revenue, product adoption, and retention goals.
**Who you are**:
- You’ve shown 1+ years of experience in a marketing, product, or design like role/function.
- You have an aptitude for copywriting and are passionate in creating content that tells a cohesive story.
- You understand what is needed to support sales and CS functions during marketing campaigns.
- You’re highly empathetic and inquisitive, with demonstrated strengths in customer marketing.
- Attention to detail is innate to you. You can see detail and navigate complex initiatives.
- You are results oriented and quick to take action; able to quickly shift from strategy to tactics.
- You’re a strong communicator with demonstrated ability in executing cross-functionally.
- You don’t shy away from interviewing customers or presenting to a group.
