**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Writing and organization of project POs and SOWs; liaising with accounting and tracking work scopes as required
- Move between various events and development sites to capture content
- Competitively estimating and arranging vendors as required - including branded merch, caterers, florists, rental equipment, etc.
- Attendance and facilitation of all project launches
- Assisting Partnerships & Events Manager with project and corporate events (evening and weekend support as required)
- Assisting in-house marketing team members with special projects as required
- Participation in department brainstorming and idea generation sessions
- Researching marketing trends and curating precedent images to support design rationale as required

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a degree or diploma in a relevant field or have just graduated from a relevant program (business, marketing, real estate, communications).
- Results driven and able to pivot in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work in both a team and independently
- Readiness to learn and adapt in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and excited to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in Marketing and Real Estate Development
