As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the Commercial organization in the execution of digital programs and campaigns. You are organized, detail-oriented and have a desire to dive deep into the marketing tech stack. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll work with the demand generation, brand marketing, customer marketing and revenue operations teams, to execute on day-to-day tasks, support campaigns and operational programs.

**What you will do**:

- Hands-on development, execution and QA of journey-based marketing campaigns across our marketing stack. This can include asset management, audience segmentation, workflows, forms and landing pages.
- Create and iterate on regional conversational playbooks and chatbots to improve the speed to MQL and sales handoff.
- Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across the prospect and customer lifecycles, including MQLs, SQOs and velocity.
- Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, systems stability, enrichment and enhancements.
- Follow through with the marketing team, ensure that projects are delivered on time and deadlines are met using project management solutions (ClickUp, Salesforce Work Manager).
- Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance.
- Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied functional teams.
- Active participation in the agile methodology to manage marketing campaign support and infrastructure improvements to support the prospect and customer lifecycles.
- Leveraging insights from platform-based reporting and new functionalities in the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience.
- Adobe Marketo Engage certification is an asset.
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, Google Analytics or similar is preferred.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2 years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations.
