We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence and driving sales growth.

**Position Overview**:As a Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our digital media marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive online sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and leverage your e-commerce expertise to maximize our digital reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:Oversee and manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to maintain a consistent brand presence.
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and content to build and nurture customer relationships.

**Content Creation and Marketing Campaigns**:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our uniform collections and increase brand awareness.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to drive engagement and sales.

**Budget Management**:Define and manage the monthly marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to optimize ROI and presenting reports for utilization & performance.

**Website and Marketplace Enhancement**:Collaborate with marketing partners and web developers to enhance our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, aesthetically appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Manage online marketplace listings and optimize them for increased visibility and sales.

**E-commerce Expertise**:Utilize your strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices to actively manage online sales, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

**Reporting and Analysis**:Regularly analyze digital marketing performance and produce periodic reports to justify ROI on monthly expenses.
Measure the impact of digital campaigns on engagement and sales, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for improving online sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the uniform industry or fashion retail is a plus.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 80 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
