This person will Be a full time employee, dedicating their time and energy to Hamdani Media Have a high level of logical reasoning and ability to debate different point of views/perspectives Posses acute mathematical and reporting skills to be able to analyze large data sets Be organized, and keep company archives and files organized Manage and foster client relationships Have a high sense of responsibility, proactiveness and great attention to detail Be very familiar with digital media in all of its forms. Bonus, if they have experience with Programmatic Display, Amazon, Walmart, Target or any other retail media. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across various platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon and programmatic display networks.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes, informing media buying decisions and campaign optimization strategies.Negotiate and manage media buys to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives while staying within budget constraints.Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and analytics to ensure seamless integration and alignment of media strategies with overall campaign objectives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media buying and planning, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platforms, leveraging partnerships to secure preferred pricing, access to exclusive inventory, and beta opportunities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital media buying and planning, preferably within an agency environment.Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and verticals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.Proficiency with ad tech platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DSPs, and ad serving technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
