Remote Outbound Sales Agent

**Your typical day at work**:
As an **_Outbound Sales Associate_**, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products and services. You will:

- Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers.
- Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
- Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
- Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
- Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Experience following a script
- The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
- Open availability to work within hours of operation:_ Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm EST_
- The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working
