**Location: 2200 Eagle Street North, Cambridge**

**Compensation: $18.00 per hour**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday availability between 8 am and 8 pm and Friday and Saturday's between 8 am and 5 pm**

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Calling customers to discuss upcoming sales and service promotions
- Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Track record of accomplishing targets
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- High energy and Motivated
