We are hiring an **Academic Compliance Specialist** to support all our campuses.

**Primary Duties**:

- Ensure programs, policies, and procedures follow guidelines and standards expected by established parties including Hanson College, partner institutions and other governing bodies.
- Design, implement & evaluate quality assurance standards while confirming they comply with industry and governmental standards.
- Update the company’s policies, procedures, and forms to comply with the guidelines and standards of governing bodies.
- Assist the processes of program designation.
- Facilitate Hanson’s preparation for on-site internal and external college audits and inspections.
- Prepare reports and briefings on internal and external audits, as well as other quality assurance items in order to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities to stakeholders.
- Investigate internal non-conformance issues.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide evidence-based policy recommendations and regulatory context surrounding high-level activities.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- University degree in a relevant field with a record of professional accomplishment in Quality Assurance and Compliance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of exposure to Quality Assurance with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in an academic setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and procedures.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
