**The Opportunity**:
Maple Leaf Marinas **(MLM)** is the largest owner and operator of marinas, marine resorts, and boat dealerships in Canada. MLM’s marina network comprises 19 locations throughout the Lake Simcoe, Georgian Bay, Muskoka, and Parry Sound Regions.

MLM is seeking a Property Maintenance/Haul Out/Launch Crew to join our growing company. This is a full-time permanent position that offers competitive pay (based on experience level), health benefits and enrolment in our Group RRSP Plan. - **Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:_
- **Property Maintenance**:_Overall aesthetic, condition and cleanliness including; buildings, docks, parking lots and roads. A daily tour of the property to ensure everything is clean, safe and tidy. From this make a to do list of what needs to be addressed immediately, i.e., broken boards. Two, can wait but should be done within week. Three, a task that requires planning and possible capital dollars, four, customer requests. This has to be updated and reviewed with the manager weekly.
- **Landscaping**:_Grass maintenance, weed trimming and snow removal.
- **Equipment**:_This position is expected to check equipment that is used in this role, forklift, tractors/trailers, backhoe, pick ups, golf carts and identify deficiencies that they may have.
- **Carpentry Repairs**:_Docks, buildings and basic plumbing. Welding an asset.
- **Health & Safety Program**:_Health and Safety is very important for you, boaters, co-workers and anyone else that comes on our property.
- **Customer Service**:_To assist customers at all times when required and to carry out this role in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Fuel Dock**:_Assist with fuel handling when required.
- **Haul and Launch**:_Assist with Launch and Haul out services as directed by manager.

Perform weekly dockside pump outs and keep up to date records on completion.

Organize, maintain and ensure cleanliness of the dock carts, garbage and recycling areas.

Security to ensure all dock and property lights are in operating order. Maintenance of gate system. Identify any hazards and report to GM immediately.

Records of tasks to be done will be expected with a sign-off for completion, this will act as your daily to-do list. All items will need to be identified and prioritized to the schedule.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
