We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for greeting patients and visitors to our office, answering phones and taking messages. The role entails a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining administrative records, as well as scheduling patient appointments.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role
