Position Overview:
As the Full-Time Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for our clients’ visits. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same. If you’re enthusiastic, organized, and love interacting with people and their furry friends, we want you on our front line

Key Responsibilities:

- Roll out the red carpet for clients and their pets, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage a busy phone line, responding to inquiries and coordinating appointments like a pro.
- Keep our clinic’s schedule running smoothly, balancing urgent needs with regular check-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, showcasing your attention to detail.
- Handle billing transactions with precision, making the payment process seamless for clients.
- Support our veterinary team with various administrative tasks, proving you’re an indispensable team player.
- Keep the reception area sparkling clean, organized, and inviting.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role - bonus points if it’s in a veterinary or medical setting
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills - you’re a people person through and through.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems and office software.
- Master multitasker who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment.
- A heart full of compassion and a genuine love for animals.
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
