**Organizational Change Manager**

**Day to Day**:

- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of technical projects or business initiatives.
- Define, capture, and understand change impacts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct change impact assessments by analyzing end to end processes, determining impacts with key stakeholders, and assessing change readiness.
- Develop and implement communication plans to support change across multiple business units.
- Evaluate end-user readiness and partner with Learning and Development to create a learning strategy facilitating the acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills related to the change.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve program level risks and issues, escalating if required.
- Facilitate change management workshops or learning events.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent qualification relevant to job responsibilities.
- Experience in utilizing the Prosci ADKAR model.
- 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and implementing change management plans.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion.
- Experience in team management, proving excellent leadership abilities.
- Proficient in engaging with executives to strategize and provide updates, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills at the highest organizational levels.
- Skilled in strategic planning and defining clear, measurable business outcomes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Agricultural industry.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- PMP certification or previous project management experience.
