**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO, clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist with the development and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Perform general office duties, such as managing correspondence, handling inquiries, and filing important documents.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow across various departments.
- Manage the office inventory and supplies, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing staff schedules.
- Support marketing and event coordination as needed, including client-facing events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Farsi is an asset.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
- Experience in the immigration industry or knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is a plus.
