**Job description**

Budtenders, Keyholders and Couriers for a full-time and part-time basis. All 3 roles are responsible for the same general in store duties but certain roles will have additional specific duties. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age
- Create a friendly experience helping customers find the right cannabis products that suite them best
- Verify and prepare orders
- Verify prepared order with the customer and off they go to enjoy a nice session
- Daily cleaning for a safe, fresh and appealing environment
- Weekly inventory counts as per AGCO compliance
- Couriers: Own personal vehicle is required
- Keyholders: Opening and closing procedures of the store including the Point of Sale (POS) system

**Requirements**:

- 19+ years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid CannSell Certificate
- Cannabis knowledge and willing to learn
- Background and passion through regulated or non-regular markets
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team at all times to assist each other when needed
- Retail experience is an asset
- Basic math skills and Point of Sale software skills
- Good energy to contribute to the good vibes

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset
- Inventory or stocking of a retail store is an asset
- Cashier experience or sales positions is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
