We are looking for an energetic, vibrant and eager Real Estate Sales Representative.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling residential properties. Understand their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Property Listings: Market and advertise properties for sale. Conduct property inspections, evaluate market conditions, and provide accurate property valuations to attract potential buyers.

Property Search: Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their requirements, preferences, and budget. Conduct property searches, arrange viewings, and provide detailed information about available properties.

Negotiation: Represent clients in negotiations with buyers or sellers to secure the best possible deals. Facilitate the offer and counteroffer process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.

Contract Management: Prepare and review real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Facilitate the smooth execution of contracts and coordinate necessary inspections, appraisals, and other related activities.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape. Provide clients with market insights, investment opportunities, and strategies to make informed decisions.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts. Cultivate relationships through effective communication, trustworthiness, and exceptional customer service.

Legal and Ethical Compliance: Adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Uphold confidentiality, honesty, and integrity throughout all transactions.

**Requirements**:
Real Estate License: Hold a valid real estate license in Ontario.

Experience: 1 year minumum residential real estate experience, specifically in the Toronto or Durham/Peterborough market.

Knowledge: Possess a fair understanding of local real estate market conditions, financing options, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, negotiate deals, and build rapport.

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a win-win approach, coaching will be provided by the team lead.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using real estate software, databases, and online listing platforms to conduct research, market properties, and manage client relationships.

Professionalism: Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset in all interactions.

As a Realtor, you will have the opportunity to help clients navigate the exciting world of real estate, guide them through transactions, and play a vital role in fulfilling their property-related aspirations.

**Salary**: $45,704.03-$194,089.15 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Realtor Licence in the province of Ontario (required)
