**Summary**

As an admin Sales coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to sales to support the 2 Sales Directors of Eastern Canada. You will provide unparalleled administrative support by creating various sales documents

**_What you will do_**
- Sales Administrative support for Quebec and Ontario
- Support in the preparation of calls for bid tenders
- Sales support for administrative documents such as invoicing problems, insurance documents, permits, etc.
- Regularly review sites such as SEAO for sales opportunities.
- Manage various requests, such as insurance certificate, Bid Bond, CNESST, etc.
- Coordinate the preparation for tenders and all supportive administrative documents
- Support to the 2 Sales Directors (East and Central)
- Maintaining all sales documentation on Share drive

**_What we need_**
- A DEC in administration or other relevant training is an asset.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience of 2 years or more in customer service.
- Must always be proactive and have the desire to find solutions for customers.
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
- CRM experience

En tant que coordonnateur aux ventes, vous effectuerez une variété de tâches administratives reliées aux ventes afin d’épauler les 2 Directeurs de l’Est Canada. Vous fournirez un support administratif hors pair en créant différents documents de ventes

Qu’allez-vous faire?_**
- Support administratif aux ventes division Québec et Ontario;
- Support à la préparation des appels d’offres;
- Support aux ventes pour les documents administratifs tels que problème de facturation, suivi de documents d’assurances, permis ;
- Faire une révision régulière des sites tels que SEAO pour des opportunités de vente;
- Gérer diverses demandes, telles que certificat d’assurance, Bid Bond, CNESST, etc.
- Coordonner la préparation d’appel d’offres et les documents administratifs faisant part d’un appel d’offre;
- Support direct aux Directeurs des Ventes (Est et Central)
- Maintien de la documentation des ventes sur Share drive

- Un DEC en administration ou autre formation pertinente est un atout ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, écrits et parlés ;
- Expérience antérieure de 2 ans ou plus dans un rôle similaire ;
- Doit être proactif et avoir le désir de trouver des solutions pour les clients en tout temps
- Doit être un expert en Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- Connaissance du logiciel Salesforce ou CRM un atout
