**Responsibilities**
- Create, maintain, and review Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) templates and modules
- Work closely with development, quality assurance, architecture, security, operations, and other teams on standards and responsibilities relative to DevOps
- Lead the DevOps team, overseeing career and performance management, planning work, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Oversee the cloud environments and infrastructure pertinent to development initiatives
- Recommend, implement, maintain, and ensure proper usage of tools like SonarQube
- Engage with development teams to set up, manage, and troubleshoot their environments and CI/CD pipelines and processes
- Help establish and implement standards for logging and monitoring, define best practices, and drive availability

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 6 years experience in DevOps and/or managing Azure infrastructure and pipelines
- At least 2 years experience in a leadership position
- Solid working knowledge of common software development processes and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, in particular Hashicorp Terraform
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with other teams
- Broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations and quality assurance
- Competent in several programming / scripting languages and version control systems
