**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**:
Sous la responsabilité du chef de la distribution, le superviseur est appelé, entre autres, à assurer la sécurité, le bien-être et le rendement des employés qui lui sont assignés, en effectuant un travail de qualité et tout en respectant les valeurs et les objectifs de l’entreprise.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Planifier et gérer quotidiennement les activités et la main d’œuvre pour les départements _stocks _et expédition ;
- Diriger une équipe d’employés en veillant à leur santé et sécurité, la qualité des produits livrés et s’assurer d’une productivité optimale, le tout dans un esprit d’amélioration continue ;
- Assurer l’exactitude de l’inventaire, en respectant les bonnes pratiques de mouvement d’inventaire, effectuer les décomptes cycliques et ajustements d’inventaire ;
- Veiller à l’exécution des Contrôles de Variation de Performance (C.V.P.) de 2 à 3 fois par quart ;
- Améliorer les méthodes de travail de façon à augmenter l’efficacité de ses départements ;
- Participer quotidiennement à la revue de production avec son supérieur et à la revue de transition avec ses collègues de travail afin de donner un compte rendu concernant l’atteinte des divers objectifs, les problèmes rencontrés, les plans d’action en cours et à venir ;
- Participer activement à l’accueil, à l’intégration, à la formation, au développement de compétences et à l’évaluation du personnel ;
- Appliquer la convention collective et les règlements ;
- Approuver et gérer les heures de son personnel à l'aide du système de poinçon ;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:

- Formation académique ou expérience pertinente au poste;
- Aisance avec l’utilisation d’un système ERP ;
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office (Excel niveau intermédiaire-avancé) ;
- Connaissance de la norme ISO ;
- Excellentes connaissances en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail ;
- Bonnes connaissances en ressources humaines ;
- Bonne capacité d’analyse;
- Bon sens de la communication et du jugement ;
- Bonne gestion des priorités et de l’organisation ;
- Leadership et habileté à mobiliser et motiver son équipe.

**EXPÉRIENCE**
- 5 à 7 années d’expérience pertinente en gestion d’entrepôt et d’inventaire.
- Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, ou de distribution.
- Expérience de gestion de personnel dans un environnement syndiqué.
