**Summary of responsibilities**
- Contact and respond to clients from the Maritimes
- Confirm prices, availability, and deadlines with suppliers
- Prepare quotations for clients
- Prepare purchase orders and work orders in our Business Central system
- Ensure warehouse inventory is up to date
- Transfer parts with our Ontario’s branch
- Generate operational reports (Update SKUs, turnover rates, etc.)
- Coordinate parts with service and warehouse teams
- Other tasks deemed necessary by manager
**Skills**
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role
- Proficiency in Suite office
- Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
- Experience in the construction sector (an asset)
- Proactive and autonomous
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
