**Front End Manager**

**Job Type**:
Full-time(40 hours)

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Mitchell, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work(required).

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front end.
- Write the front end schedule weekly.
- Manage the cash office (safe, paperwork, operations)
- Maintain a clean and safe department for customers and employees
- Be proactive in the recruitment cycle of the hourly workforce - job postings, interviews, and orientations
- Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to improve productivity, engagement and retention
- Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

**What you bring**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop associates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with company systems would be an asset (swedamart, workday, persona, SAP)
- People management experience and leadership skills would be an asset
