**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Leverage dynamic content and personalization features within Marketo to enhance campaign relevance.
- Work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to identify and define target audiences.
- Directly manage the ingestion of lists from various sources on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role directly in the Marketo platform. Marketo certification a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software helpful.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
- This role is located in our Toronto Office, with a hybrid work schedule or may work remote from Ontario, BC, Alberta or Nova Scotia._
