Defects Solution Coordinator

The Defect Solution Coordinator is responsible for tracking and prioritizing defects raised by SAP users in the organization. The focus is on users affected by the EWM, SCM, TM and XPS modules.
**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
List and document defects being resolved by IT teams.
Follow up on resolution milestones.
Coordinate communications between IT and business teams to establish the optimal resolution strategy.
Document the chosen solution and assess its system implications.
Develop the governance needed to inform user teams and management.
Act as a facilitator between the various stakeholders.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial or computer engineering, operations management, logistics or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in project management as part of a system transformation or SAP implementation team (ideally EWM, TM, XPS or SCM modules).
Excellent knowledge of the SAP environment (mainly EWM, TM and XPS modules).
The ability to communicate effectively and promote your ideas to different levels of the organization, including senior management.
Ability to follow several projects simultaneously and influence discussions to resolve defects quickly and efficiently.
Organized and analytical, focused on improving processes and maximizing system capabilities.
A recognized ability to solve problems, make decisions, think laterally, and offer creative solutions.
