**Job Description**:
Assiste le gérant de catégorie dans toutes les étapes du processus d’achat de la marchandise conformément à la stratégie de la division. Exerce des activités quotidiennes comme l’analyse, la préparation de rapports, le soutien au gérant de catégorie pour l’approvisionnement de la marchandise et fait les ajustements nécessaires pour réaliser des ventes.

Fonctions critiques

1. Soutien aux achats
- Assiste le gérant de catégorie dans la gestion du droit aux achats (budget disponible) par classe/fournisseur sur une base régulière.
- Fournit au gérant de catégorie des analyses mensuelles et, sur demande, des analyses saisonnières des ventes à des fins de planification.
- Crée les « Storyboards ».
- Crée les bons de commande et effectue les modifications (ex.: ajustement des coûts).
- Effectue un suivi sur les modèles renouvelés en temps opportun pour le gérant de catégorie (ex. : demandes sur la disponibilité, l’escompte et les livraisons).
- Maintient une relation professionnelle avec les fournisseurs.
- Assigne les nouveaux numéros de SKU et effectue les rappels.

2. Gestion quotidienne
- ** **Passe en revue les « Style Cards » ou les « V-listings » hebdomadairement pour suivre le rendement de chaque modèle et recommande des mesures au gérant de catégorie (ex. : modèles renouvelés, problèmes d’ajustement ou de qualité).
- Effectue un suivi sur la livraison et l’expédition des commandes, et signale au gérant de catégorie tout retard de livraison ou problème avec la marchandise.
- Communique avec les services de l’assurance qualité et de l’essayage, au besoin, au sujet du contrôle de la qualité et des approbations dans Pivot 88; effectue un suivi auprès de l’équipe de la production et des fournisseurs pour régler les problèmes de contrôle de la qualité.
- Répond rapidement à toutes les demandes des magasins (ex. : nº de CUP manquant, commande spéciale, etc.).
- Appelle les fournisseurs, les magasins et le centre de distribution pour obtenir des échantillons pour le service du marketing et du matériel sur la connaissance du produit. Sous la supervision du gérant de catégorie, prépare et organise tous les échantillons de tissu et de marchandise ainsi que les cahiers d’information.
- Effectue un suivi auprès des fournisseurs pour obtenir les échantillons de début de production qui nécessitent une approbation.
- Gestion et organisation des échantillons
- Organise et classe les documents.

Responsabilités additionnelles
- Assiste aux séances de formation approuvées.
- Aide les autres membres de l’équipe du service, au besoin (ex.: vacances, départs, absences).
- Répond rapidement aux questions du service de la planification et de la répartition.
- Travaille sur des projets spéciaux tels que les concours ou événements en magasin, au besoin.
- Respecte toutes les politiques et procédures actuelles et nouvelles de l’entreprise (ex.: prévention des pertes, santé et sécurité, ressources humaines).
