**Position Reports To**: Director, Imaging Innovation

**Department/Unit Name**: Business Development

**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Under the guidance and direction of the Director, Imaging Innovation, responsible for the overall planning, execution, management,
and delivery of imaging innovation research, development, and implementation projects. Develop, implement, monitor and accountable
for project operational plans, risk management, resources, project tools/materials, documents, and timelines, ensuring alignment with
corporate, industry, sponsor, and regulatory requirements.

**GENERAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Project Management
- Manage the planning, execution, progress, and completion of assigned projects.
- Identify, assign, and monitor the completion of interdisciplinary project tasks that
may include but not limited to data collection, database development, document
development and management, statistical analysis, and/or medical writing.
- Working with functional experts to ensure all project activities comply with
applicable regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.
- Define and manage project resource needs and establish contingency plans.
- Review cost and time spent on the project on a regular basis to ensure project is on
time and within budget.
- Create and present accurate estimates of effort, costs, and timelines for proposed
- Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to implement use of new imaging innovations and/or improve processes related to their use.
- Documents and Tools
- Lead the development of Quality Systems Documents applicable for use of new
imaging innovations.
- Manage the appropriate creation, delivery, maintenance of related data, documents, equipment and tools, instructions, and training.
- Research and Development
- Collaborate with Alimentiv’ Medical Leadership and Scientific
Advisors/Collaborators to assist in the development and maintenance of Alimentiv
standards and innovations in imaging.
- Vendor Management and Client Support
- As the project/vendor lead, act as the primary liaison throughout the project life
cycle ensuring internal and external expectations are appropriately managed,addressing and resolving queries/issues, planning, and executing all project
meetings, assisting with strategies and materials, and providing regular project
status reports.
- Participate in selection of third-party vendors, audits, and/or regulatory submissions
as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Job Experience & Education Requirements:

- Undergraduate university degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor)
And 1-3 years' related experience with initial and On-going training
- OR
- College Diploma/Degree And 4-6 years related experience +substantial on-going job related training
- Other: Healthcare, Life Science, Clinical Research, and/or Medical Imaging
