**Project Coordinator**

**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Project Planning
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Communication
- Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates
- Documentation
- Maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and other essential records
- Task Tracking
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of project tasks to ensure they align with the project plan and deadlines
- Coordination
- Coordinating activities among project team members to ensure positive and smooth workflow
- Resource Management
- Assisting in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring that the project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project requirements
- Meeting Organization
- Scheduling and organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting key discussions and action items
- Budget Assistance
- Support the monitoring and control of project budgets, including tracking expenses and reporting variances
- Reporting
- Compiling and presenting regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones
- Client Interaction
- Interacting with clients or external partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries related to the projects

**Salary**: $27.00-$46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
