New Horizon Co-op is hiring an Administration Clerk at our Downtown Food Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:

- Provide an excellent customer experience with a positive attitude.
- Accurate and efficient data entry
- Assist with preparing financial statements and working closely with Managers on margin issues.
- Assist with Receiving books
- Reconcile bank accounts, bank card transactions and Gift card transactions.
- Provide backup and support for Accounts Payables, Sales, cash office, and Accounts Receivables
- Support day to day functions of the Finance Department
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role/office environment
- Experience working in Microsoft office
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization
- Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as contribute in a team environment
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills
