We are now hiring a Sales Administrator at our Kitchener location

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Administrator plays a critical role supporting the sales operations and effectiveness of the Street Sales team within Flanagan Foodservice. This position will analyze sales data, identify market trends, and provide administrative support to our sales team. Your keen ability to discover valuable insights from sales data, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to support the team, will help drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

**Schedule Details**: Monday - Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to enhance sales productivity.
- Develop, implement, and automate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports.
- Support senior leaders with insights and recommendations for pipeline development and management.
- Forecast Territory Manager sales and report on actuals to forecast.
- Conduct regular sales and operation process reviews to improve efficiency, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure data and software requirements are met for accurate decision support.
- Assist VP Street Sales and District Sales Managers to implement sales strategies and measure results.
- Reconcile sales financial GL’s.
- Provide primary training for online ordering.
- Liaise with other departments for special projects, trade shows, and sales meetings.
- Monitor and report on spiffs, vendor initiatives, and duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years Administrative experience preferred.
- Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong analytical and marketing skills, with a keen attention to detail required.
- Completion of Post-secondary education or equivalent experience, with a desire and willingness to learn required.
- Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Highly organized, and self-driven, with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good understanding of business needs, with the ability to create and implement a roadmap to fulfill those requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- VBA, SQL programming experience and report automation tools considered an asset.
