- We are a Family-oriented dental practice in North Vancouver looking for an Office Manager to join and lead the vision and philosophy of the clinic and manage the day-to-day operations.

- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- 2-3 years of office management experience or 3+ years of dental admin experience.
- Tracker experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and MS Outlook is necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communication skills that promote dental practice teamwork and motivate the team to achieve their goals.
- Conflict resolution. Always maintaining a respectful and considerate work environment for both patients and employees.
- Organized and strong time management skills.
- Attaining production goals by effective booking and engaging the team to achieve these goals.
- Control AR and provide monthly reporting and understanding of forecasts.
- Lead daily meetings to keep the team engaged, informed, and appreciated.

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
