Hevvy/Toyo Pumps North America is a Canadian owned pump manufacturing and distribution company located on the Fraser River in Coquitlam, BC. We are a family owned and operated business that has been operating for over 40 years. We are looking to hire a Warehouse Clerk to our team. The Warehouse clerk will support the entire shop and shipping/receiving team as a key support role assisting in picking, packing, detail finishing, inventory organization and material receiving. They will be responsible for local vendor drop offs and pick ups while safely operating the companies class 5 flatbed truck.

Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:

- Pick parts for assembly job boxes and parts orders
- Detail finishing such as name plate installation on pumps
- Organize job boxes and materials for assembly team
- Daily safety shop checks and monthly racking inspection
- Perform inventory counts and keeping inventory up to date
- Abide and follow companies’ health and safety policies and practices
- Participate in ISO 9001 and OSSE training and audits
- Assist in shipping and receiving coverage during vacation or leaves of absence
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shop and outside areas
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Support shipping with proper packaging, strapping and sealing of products
- Preparing shipping paperwork and scheduling truck pick ups
- Provide general labour support to the shop, learning the processes identified, including the safe handling of steel material.
- 2 years' current experience in a warehouse
- 1 years experience of operating SDCB and Stand up Forklifts
- Valid class 5 drivers license, or equivalent, without learner’s restrictions
- Previous experience using Microsoft platforms in working environment
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift to 50 lb

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
