Senior Consultant and a Subject Matter Expert in areas predominantly relating to Microsoft 365, focusing on the EMS and Windows Enterprise subscriptions with associated capabilities. The Senior Consultant will report to the Intelligent Workplace Endpoint Computing and Security Capability Lead.

This role’s contributions will include:

- Maintain yearly individual and team delivery metrics through customer engagements.
- Help drive new opportunities by developing strong relationships within MBG and through customer engagements.
- Maintaining delivery methodologies and contributing towards the continuous improvement of overall delivery excellence.
- Influencing their capability area as a thought leader who can cultivate corporate-wide relationships as well as with partner channels.
- Identifying and understanding current industry trends as they relate to our customers and help propose relevant, modern solutions.
- Working with the Endpoint Computing & Security team as an active member, collaborating on service and content improvement.

**Subject matter expertise in**:

- Microsoft 365 E3/E5, focusing on the Enterprise Mobility & Security capabilities, Windows Enterprise and associated security, but also general cross-platform device management.
- Industry trends.
- Related field product landscape.
- Collaborate with the ECS Practice Lead, Capability Lead and Architects to influence and support pursuits aligned to your capability.

Delivery
- Lead projects as Trusted Advisor to customers, accelerating technology adoption, removing roadblocks and delivering impactful projects.
- Gather business, communication, and functional objectives by leading client working sessions, reviewing the competitive landscape, and creative brainstorming sessions with the project team.
- Deliver impactful customer workshops to better understand customer strategies, technical processes, objectives and priorities to successfully architect and implement Modern Workplace solutions.
- Represent the value proposition of the clients Microsoft Business Group (MBG)’s services.
- Drive the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace vision through Endpoint Computing & Security solutions.
- Quickly adapting to dynamic and fast paced situations, while maintaining a focus on quality deliverables and effective communications.
- Work effectively with colleagues and customers in a team-oriented environment, identifying opportunities to grow and improve.
- Deliver high quality customer solutions and deliverables.
- Innovate new solutions and embrace new technology across Microsoft 365 and industry leading products.
- Support the Endpoint Computing & Security Team as a technical leader, mentoring others and helping the team grow.
- Provide continual improvement feedback to new and existing solution IP.
- Outstanding demonstrated verbal and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Experience uncovering business challenges and developing tailored solutions to address and/or mitigate those needs.
- Excellent technical, solutioning and proposal documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt, troubleshoot and remediate issues within the scope of a project while maintaining customer satisfaction and delivery times.
- Strong experience collaborating on complex customer projects.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and a passion for technology.
- 5-10 years consulting experience preferably with a proven history of leading complex projects.

- Experience with MEM: Intune

- Experience with Autopilot
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
- Experience with Azure/Azure AD, specifically:

- Privileged Identity Management
- Identity Governance
- Conditional Access
- Identity Protection
- AD Connect
- Experience with Identity & Security Platforms
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Security
