Bolton, Canada PRIME TIME HR Full time

**Job Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system repairs, electrical system troubleshooting, and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and prioritize work orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have 442A and 433A.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to weld and perform basic carpentry tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and tenants.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: $44.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Maintenance Technician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- 442A (required)
