Real Estate Assistant

The Ryan Haydar Real Estate Team, in partnership with REVEL Realty, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant. This role supports our innovative team with essential administrative and operational tasks, bringing you into an environment that’s as fast-paced as it is rewarding.
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Property & Listing Management**: Assist in preparing and organizing property listings on the MLS board, creating marketing materials, and assembling client presentations.
- **Client Communication**: Provide clients with property updates and respond to inquiries promptly, delivering top-tier client care throughout the transaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the real estate industry.
- **Administrative Support**:Help team members manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle daily correspondence.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- **Documentation & Transaction Support**:Maintain organized property files and transaction documents, supporting negotiations by preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating clear communication between parties.
**Experience & Skills**
- **Real Estate Experience**:Previous experience in real estate or a related field is helpful but not required. Experience as an Office Manager, Listings Coordinator, or Deal Administrator is also valuable.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep files and processes well-organized.
- **Communication Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, and Canva is preferred.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A commitment to outstanding client care and the ability to address client needs promptly.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Additional pay:
