**Department Overview**
- The Social Impact group brings together TD's business, philanthropy and human capital to deliver on the bank's purpose to enrich the lives of our customers, communities and colleagues through the TD Ready Commitment.
- TD Bank Group is seeking an Associate, Strategic Initiatives, Social Impact, reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Impact, who is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and leading TD's Colleague Engagement & Strategic Initiatives portfolio under the TD Ready Commitment.- Lead reporting for the TD United Way Employee Giving Campaign, and disseminate reports to key stakeholders
- Lead training of both internal and external volunteers in support of strategic initiatives
- Support planning and execution of key events in support of strategic initiatives
- Work closely with internal communications team to update and maintain website copy, TD Ready Commitment Network copy and creative materials
- Work with Colleague Engagement team to develop and schedule various volunteer and engagement opportunities for colleagues
- Create invoices and coordinate contracts in support of strategic initiatives
- Develop documentation and presentations to be presented to TD Leaders and Executives
- Manage invitations and RSVP lists for all strategic initiatives
- Support development of TD Ready Challenge Problem Statement as well as training materials and presentations
- Maintain and bridge strong partnerships with all regional and corporate partners across the enterprise
- Participate in various team meetings and help with planning for programs as assigned

**Job Requirements**

**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong commitment to customer service
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Experience with reporting and data analysis
- Tech-savvy - able to quickly learn data management and web tools
- Able to manage large volumes of work at any given time with the ability to prioritize accordingly
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- A creative problem solver, with excellent judgment and proactive approach to all projects
- Ability to confidently interact with different teams and various levels of management across the organization
- Creative thinker with the ability to think of the big picture
