Description de la fonction:
Sous la direction du Contremaitre de l’entretien, le Chef d’équipe de l’entretien encadre et gère ses employés pour rencontrer les demandes de maintenir les équipements en état de marche en tout temps et de facon sécuritaire.

Liste des tâches:

- Supporter le montage/démontage, réparation et entretien préventif/correctif des équipements;
- S’assurer en tout temps du bon fonctionnement des équipements selon les réglages requis;
- S’assurer que les informations soient entrées adéquatement et à temps dans «INTERAL»;
- Vérifier le respect des étapes et des procédures par les opérateurs;
- Vérifier que toutes les spécifications de qualité soient respectées;
- Distribuer les tâches du personnel de l’entretien adéquatement et équitablement;
- S’assurer que les règles de l’entreprise soient respectées;
- S’assurer que le travail et l’environnement soient sécuritaires;
- Quotidiennement, faire une inspection sommaire des travaux et rapporter au superviseur;
- Au besoin, remplacer temporairement le personnel;
- Voir à la formation des nouveaux employés;
- Rapporter au superviseur, tout problème qu’un bon de travail peut créer et proposer des solutions;
- Planifier les opérations du lendemain et commander les pièces nécessaires;
- Aider les mécaniciens à définir les problèmes sur les équipements;
- S’assurer que ses actions dans sa fonction soutiennent la fabrication des produits avec les critères de qualité et de sécurité alimentaire définis par l’entreprise;
- S'assurer du respect des exigences du code de sécurité alimentaire SQF et signaler tout problème de salubrité alimentaire au personnel autorisé à intervenir;
