**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a diverse range of pastries and desserts adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure precise execution and presentation of all pastries, maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to synchronize dessert offerings with the overall menu.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Assist in managing inventory by monitoring pastry supplies and promptly addressing shortages.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role within a bakery, restaurant, or food industry is preferred.
- Proficient in pastry preparation techniques, baking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Well-versed in food handling procedures and food safety practices.
- Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrates creativity and passion for pastry-making.

**Responsabilités**:

- Préparer et cuire une variété de pâtisseries et de desserts en suivant des recettes et des normes de qualité.
- Veiller à l'exécution précise et à la présentation de toutes les pâtisseries, en accordant une attention particulière aux détails.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine pour synchroniser les offres de desserts avec le menu global.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation dans la section pâtisserie de la cuisine.
- Respecter rigoureusement les réglementations en matière de sécurité alimentaire pour garantir des normes de qualité et de sécurité.
- Aider à gérer les stocks en surveillant les approvisionnements en pâtisseries et en traitant rapidement les pénuries.

**Expérience**:

- Une expérience antérieure en tant que Chef Pâtissier(ère) ou dans un rôle similaire dans une boulangerie, un restaurant ou l'industrie alimentaire est préférable.
- Maîtrise des techniques de préparation de pâtisserie, des méthodes de cuisson et de l'équipement de cuisine.
- Familiarité avec les procédures de manipulation des aliments et les pratiques de sécurité alimentaire.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement de cuisine rapide tout en maintenant des normes de qualité élevées.
- Fait preuve de créativité et de passion pour la pâtisserie.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
