**What you will do**:

- The HRIS/HCM Specialist is a participating member in a highly collaborative and agile team within the greater People Team. This individual supports all key business areas with a focus on reporting, analytics, data management, audit support, system configuration, and security while performing in a consultative manner with customers and peers. Key day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving report requests, interpreting needs, working with the customer/peer group, developing and deploying the appropriate solution in the appropriate technology-
- Develop and deploy custom report solutions as needed in the appropriate technology solution-
- Establish and schedule routine reports/advanced reporting models to extract data needed for business support and auditing-
- Respond to inquiries from other HR staff related to the entry and/or accuracy of data into the HRIS system-
- Protect and manage sensitive information including but not limited to salary, personal information, and organizational structural redesigns and ensures confidential data is maintained and secureSupport contract management business processes working with the People Technology Supervisor to understand the needs, complete necessary paperwork, work with Legal team and Contractors as requestedSupport the team’s needs relative to internal and external audit data provisioning, requirements, and services-
- Complete directed requirements in the ADP Workforce Now security management space ensuring audit compliance in all instances-
- Utilize and support the HubSpot ticketing solution- Other Accountabilities as Assigned

**How you will grab our attention**:

- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR Systems and Technology with significant concentration in HRIS/HR specialty solutions and cloud-based technology-
- 5+ experience in working in human resources within a medium to large employer-
- 3+ years individual contributor experience in the HRIS space with ability to define project and support experience in that timeframe-
- 2+ years security administration experience-
- 4+ years reporting experience within HRIS technologyKnowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational development and recruitment-
- Excellent knowledge of report writing tools-
- Tableau and/or Looker Studio experience preferred-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite-
- Independent thinker with troubleshooting and problem solving experience-
- Ability to provide excellent customer service-
- Ability to develop and execute projects and drive process improvement independently-
- Strong understanding of Human Resources function within the organization, understanding of HR processes programs and data-
- Knowledge of HR practices, procedures and standard policy and procedure development techniques-
- Experience in supporting a global organization-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required-
- Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities. Excellent prioritization skills-
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously-
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style- Ability to work with and manage confidential information in a professional manner
