**Purpose of Role**:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Analytics and HCM, the Analyst, HCM will be actively involved in HCM transformation activities, including the implementation of the new Core HR solution, SuccessFactors - Employee Central, and will have an ongoing responsibility to further configure and maintain the HCM solution.
This role will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the HCM solution, including processes standardization and configuration. This role also supports the Analytics and HRIS department with other systems and liaises with the IT department on behalf of HR.

**Responsibilities**:
**Employee Central Implementation**
- Take an active role in the configuration and setup of Employee Central
- Responsible for all project activities related to the administration of Employee Central, including documenting new standardized processes and the system configuration.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team, IT resources, and consultants to ensure the project is delivered successfully, and processes and systems are optimized.
- Support the HCM business process review, redesign/blueprinting, and documentation to optimize processes prior to the implementation of Employee Central
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of processes, policies, and practices.
- Participate in data migration and conversion activities.
- Perform system testing and document test results and evidence.
- Assist the project team with non-standard requests on various project activities.
- Participate in change management activities, including communication, user training, and roll out.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.

**Other HCM Transformation Activities**
- Provide input on the current and future use of Employee Central, including:

- proactively identifying opportunities for future enhancements by anticipating internal and/or external business challenges and performing system audits;
- providing input to develop and maintain a roadmap for upgrades, releases, and improvements in functionality; and
- supporting the implementation of additional modules
- Participate in the development and implementation of the vision of how technology can most effectively support HR operations and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of strategies and roadmaps for HR systems such as LMS, UKG, and others.
- Support the identification, prioritization, resolution, and monitoring of HCM information systems issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with leading HCM technology trends.
- Perform other HCM transformation tasks, as required.

**System Administration**
- Take primary responsibility for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Employee Central.
- Provide training and support to business users.
- Serve as global escalation point and advisor on system issues.
- Liaise with software providers, IT or external consultants as necessary to resolve any system issues, ensuring no downtime during peak reporting periods.
- Maintain Employee Central security, including managing user’s access and role-based permissions.
- Other technical administration tasks relating to HCM systems, as required.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in the industry and incorporate this information into work assignments and to improve the services provided.
