**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Supply Technician is responsible for stocking all procedure rooms several times per day, replenishing inventory, reordering all stock and non-stock supplies, answering all purchasing related questions and following up as required, maintaining current inventories by checking of Min/Max levels from established quota sheets, receiving large daily orders from Purchasing Department at Dory Road and directly from our “just in time” vendors, ensuring these orders are received, checked for accuracy, following up on any discrepancies, working directly with Cath Lab stand-alone inventory management system to ensure items are reordered and received. The orders are mainly consignment inventory and are tracked by product code and lot number, this requires ensuring current lot specific inventory is correct. **Qualifications**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- One year previous hospital experience
- Experience with ordering and receiving orders an asset
- Experience with SAP an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot inventory concerns and work towards a resolution
- Ability to work closely with coworkers, internal groups and external vendors
- Ability to work in a busy environment and have a good work ethic
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours of Work**:
Permanent Full-time position; 75 hours biweekly

**Salary Information**:
$20.25 - $22.50 hourly
