Job Function
- Daily operation of the Morbidelli, Weeke, Biesse & Brema
- Ability to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings and machining methods and sequences
- Mount / Install, align and secure tooling as per requirement
- Calculate and set machine controls to position the work piece and regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed and feed rates
- Follow shop floor controls
- Perform required quality inspections
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to take the initiative to solve problems, where appropriate
- Must be willing to cross-train in various areas of the department as required
- Follow all Knoll safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate and maintain 5S in the workplace
- Maintain and follow the ISO standard operating procedures
- Ability to work in a multi-shift environment including flexible hours and weekends
- Participate in and contribute to the continuous improvement process

Education Requirement
- Computer Numerical Control certification
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English (both oral and written)
- Intermediate computer skills

Experience
- One (1) year experience on routers/point-to-point CNC machines
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and related technical data
