Machine Operator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Operate Production machines and other equipment according to established procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to assemble components accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure that products meet specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to perform tasks effectively.
- Program machinery as needed for specific production runs, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machines as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Change molds as needed to run different products.
- physically fit
- ability to lift a heavy weight as needed where can not use materials handler.
**Requirements**:
- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience operating different production machines is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with programming machinery for specific tasks is a plus.
- Experience in assembly processes using hand tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
