**WAGE**: $19-23/hr, 37.5hrs/week

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The _Bilingual Client Services Representative (Donor Sperm, Donor Eggs, and Embryo Services)_ is responsible for assisting intended parents who require donor sperm or donor eggs in their fertility journey by helping them choose a donor and place an order. This also requires communicating with international suppliers and receiving fertility clinics.

The following is a list of responsibilities is to be performed:

- Identify and assess client’s needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients, suppliers, and receiving clinics through open, honest and interactive communication
- Provide clients with accurate, valid, and complete information by using company databases, company and supplier’s website, and supplier contacts
- Discuss donor and payment options with clients and answer questions
- Help client navigate the ordering process and provide applicable documents to complete
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives, document and escalate as required. Act within reasonable time limits and follow up to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Communicate with distributors to arrange for transfers
- Troubleshoot website issues
- Generating applicable documents for donor sperm, donor egg/embryo shipments
- Various data entry tasks and other administrative tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Education or training in the science or healthcare field is an asset

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a customer service representative, patient coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in or knowledge of human reproduction and/or the fertility field is an asset

Skills & Abilities:

- Enthusiastic, professional, patient, and understanding personality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting and also independently
- Adaptability to changing situations and processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, multi-line telephones)
- Experience managing social media for business is an asset
