**JOB TYPE**:on-site, full-time

**SCHEDULE**:7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week)

**WHO WE ARE**:
CAN-AM Cryoservices is the largest importer and distributor of frozen donor sperm and eggs in Canada.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client Service Interaction
- Identify and assess client’s needs.
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open, honest and interactive communication.
- Provide clients with accurate, valid, and complete information by using company databases, inventory sheets, company and supplier’s website.
- Discuss donor options with clients and answer questions.
- Explain payment options to clients.
- Help client navigate the on-line ordering options.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives, document and escalate as required. Act within reasonable time limits and follow up to ensure appropriate resolution.
- Greet on-site visitors and alert the appropriate staff members

Order Preparation and Shipping and Record Keeping
- Track completion of Terms of Use and Informed Consent documents for all orders.
- Complete necessary entries in the Distribution Database for all client orders.
- Maintain hard and electronic records of all client orders.

Possible Additional Duties
- Manage social media accounts
- Office supply and equipment monitoring, maintenance and ordering
- Inventory database entries
- Record keeping, including filing and scanning activities
- Various data entry tasks and other administrative tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, diploma will be considered
- Education in the science or healthcare field is an asset

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a customer service representative, patient coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in or knowledge of human reproduction and/or the fertility field is an asset

Skills & Abilities:

- Enthusiastic, professional, patient, and understanding personality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team setting and also independently
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Adaptability to changing situations and processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, multi-line telephones)
- Experience managing social media for business is an asset

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
