**Description**:
**Key Competencies**
- Strong background in IT service management such as ITIL.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with people at different organization levels and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Supplier performance management that includes KPI driven activities.
- Knowledge on Project management (e.g.PMI, Prince2) and agile methodologies (like Scrum, Kanban, Lean) will have added advantage

**As an Consumer Delivery Manager you will**
- Work as a consumer facing delivery manager in the workplace automation team providing Robotic Process Automation, Digital Process Automation and Chatbot services to the organization
- Be responsible for managing the relationship with key service consumers
- Agree on the scope of the service, budget, deliverables and supervise their fulfillment
- Work directly with the vendor and ensure the proper level of delivery
- Manage escalations by working with the right party to resolve problems, lead service improvement plans or task force if necessary. Ensure clear communication on escalation responses are done in a timely manner
- Monitor the budget and KPIs
- Propose improvements to the processes and team setup

**Mandatory skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading project/service teams and managing IT projects of local and global scope, in multicultural, international and distributed environments.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in working with external suppliers of IT services in software development and maintenance.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
- Skills to envisage possible problems determine and implement solutions.
- Influencing, persuasion and negotiations skills, self-reliance and effectiveness in management of a large area.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in intelligent process automation services will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $57.00 per hour
