Parian Logistics’ corporate support services include accounting and finance, logistics and distribution, digital marketing, customer service, information technology, real estate and store construction services.

Our **Store Maintenance Administrator**, a member of our construction team, is responsible for assisting in the coordination of repairs and maintenance of four retail chains. Reporting to our Director of Construction the Store Maintenance Administrator is responsible for supporting our stores’ physical environments and ensuring that our customers find a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

**What you’ll be a part of**

As Store Maintenance Administrator you will be responsible for;
- coordinating preventative, routine and emergency call maintenance actions for the 350+ retail stores we support
- analyzing the priority of requests and dispatching appropriate services in a timely manner
- communicating with stores, landlords, vendors, and service providers with respect to retail projects
- communicating with landlords and city representatives, when needed
- sourcing and purchasing sundry items for new or existing stores
- developing and maintaining the maintenance database, utilizing internal ticketing systems to log all requests and solutions
- verifying correctness of invoices and submitting for payment
- managing various special projects related to store maintenance and construction as requested
- various administrative functions related to the maintenance and renovations of stores
