**Customer Experience Associate - CXA**

Primarily a Sales and Customer Experience role reporting to a POD Customer Experience Manager (CXM). The Customer Experience Associate (CXA) will deliver the Atlas Experience to customers that is Fun, Memorable, Personalized, Effortless and Value Added.

The CXA contributes actively and positively to sales-merchandising culture at retail. They utilize the 3Ps sales model to consistently deliver the Atlas Experience. The CXA will drive sales results by focusing on customer engagement and 3Ps service with a hunting for opportunities mindset. This competitive drive to perform will be balanced with healthy humility. This mindset will extend to delivering lead referrals to the On Account team.

The CXA will be responsible for section and POD merchandising and ensure that retail sales per square foot is maximized through daily full, attractive, interactive displays. They will focus on following replenishment guidelines and work with the CX Lead and CX Manager to escalate inventory issues.

Delivering memorable experiences for both customers and all Atlas associates through teamwork is core to daily behaviours.

**Customer Experience and Sales - 70%**
- Achieve sales to budget targets

- Achieve KPIs across the POD, in section and individually as established by the CXM.
- Filter customers through appropriate sales channels. Feed the On Account sales pipeline internally through lead referrals.
- Celebrate team success and success of others. Personal success viewed as contribution to the POD overall success.
- Be prepared for Atlas events through flyer preparation, assisting with merch plan and being an expert on promotions.
- Execute daily sales plan outlined by CXM and CXL in their absence.
- Remain focused on sales and secondary duties..

**Merchandising - 20%**
- Complete replenishment activity on a daily basis. Assist POD to efficiently put away replens together. Surface issues with auto-replenishment to CXL, CXM and merch team.
- All sections must be merchandised to the standard outlined by the company.
- Maximize efficiency during Golden Hours and Closing Duties to get a jump on the day and complete the plan before end of day.
- Circulate the POD looking for customers and correct merchandising issues as you go. Have a continuous improvement mindset.
- Complete Section Perfection Checklist daily. Assist to complete checklist in areas of the POD not staffed due to days off, sick days etc.
- Suggest adjustments to min/max reorder levels when observing out of stock items within the store.
- Create interactive and engaging displays that encourage play and trial at the front of major sections and in line where appropriate. Partner with CXL and CXM on planning
- Maintain full end caps at all times and react daily to stock outs with extra facings. Escalate to CXL and CXM if major moves required.
- Replace empty hooks with adjacent double facings and substitutes in accordance with the Black Dot Program.
- Maintain signage standards and ensure daily price changes are done correctly.
- Partner with CXL and CXM to execute promo plans, sales and events.
- Assist with event setup by auditing flyers, product locations and pricing in line with the Event Prep Checklist.
- Participate in and promote culture of ongoing cleaning and section maintenance to maintain 10/10 look and feel all day, every day.
- Perform POD floor cleaning duties.
