Our operations team is currently looking for a motivated and efficient person to fill the role of Operations Administration Clerk This is a twelve (12) month full-time contractual position (Monday to Friday - daytime).

The person filling this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations in collaboration with the warehouse team. This person will assist the Traffic Coordinator in managing inbound and outbound freight. You will also be responsible for administrative support in relation to customer orders (internal and external). You will also assist in the management of inventory accounts and any other administrative tasks required.

Here are your main responsibilities as an administrative clerk?:

- Preparation of Bill of Ladings, packing slips and other regulatory documents required for customer orders
- Print and prepare all required Quadra and regulatory labels for outbound shipments
- Print and prepare all receiving forms and purchase order documents for scheduled inbound shipments
- Maintain records of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Complete paperwork to ensure inventories are maintained, including updating records of incoming and outgoing merchandise or materials
- Receive and record phone calls from internal departments regarding inventory and customer orders
- Assist in coordinating customer appointments with carriers
- Manage and inventory all sample orders
- Physically check completed orders in the staging area prior to shipping.
- Assist the Operations Supervisor in managing our inventory control program

o. Maintain inventory of non-inventoried items required in the facility for shipping and handling and production (drums, totes, pails, pallets, etc.)

**p. Inventory management**: aging reports, reclassification, work orders, disposal of damaged inventory

**What are the requirements and skills needed for this role?**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in distribution / warehouse operations.
- Experience in an administrative support role such as transportation, logistics or office management
- High school diploma and post-secondary education in operations, logistics or supply chain would be considered an asset
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task and manage time to prioritize while working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an advanced computer system environment (ERP)
- Bilingualism (French/English) will be considered a strong asset
