**DESCRIPTION DE L'EMPLOI**:

- Exécuter la saisie de données de base et la tenue de registres
- Liaison entre les opérateurs de chariots élévateurs
- Gestion des conteneurs reçus et expédiés
- Faire correspondre le travail papier avec les commandes reçues/expédiées
- Mise à jour des rapports quotidiens
- Répondre aux appels entrants
- Coordination avec les clients si nécessaire
- Effectuer des tâches supplémentaires assignées

**WAREHOUSE DATA-ENTRY CLERK WILL**:

- Execute basic data entry and record keeping
- Liaison between Forklift Operators
- Management of containers received and shipped
- Matching paper work with received/shipping orders
- Updating daily reports
- Answer incoming calls
- Coordination with customers as necessary
- Perform supplemental duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual in English and French
- High School Diploma
- Autonomy and initiative, priority management, discretion
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Punctuality/flexibility
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Great communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
