**Park Landscaping of Edmonton is hiring - Project Managers**

The Project Manager maintains customer relationships, along with project documentation, working seamlessly across the organization departments, all of which are essential to ensuring that Park Landscaping can deliver on its mission. Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and executing landscape projects. He/she will provide administrative support to the operation team including the Operation Manager, Field Supervisor, Foreman, Lead hand and landscape Technicians. Some Tasks include; using specialized landscape management software, scheduling work, communicating with crews and customers, ordering landscape materials, scheduling delivery of materials, organizing crews and equipment, creating purchase orders, approving vendor invoices, approving crew time sheets, keeping job cost data, billing/ invoicing and so forth.

Through our Project Management Software the Project Manager is responsible for continual evaluation of financial performance of her/his project and for implementing corrective actions where needed.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Coordinator, Field Supervisor and crew Foreman to ensure that all projects are completed within expected standards on quality and budget.

**Work Schedule**:
This is a Full-time position that requires flexible working hours during the landscaping season. Hours will be longer in Summer and shorter in Winter, where participation in snow-removal organization and administration is required

**Landscaping Skills Required**:

- Ability to read and interpret landscape designs/ estimates
- Experience in the landscaping industry is required, including working knowledge and experience in scheduling, planning, and motivating employees to accomplish work within safety and quality standards.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of standard landscape construction & maintenance methods, materials, tools, and equipment.

**Management Skills Required**:
**Minimum 3 years experience in the Landscaping industry**
**- **Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to be detailed, organized and structured in the way the work is organized and undertaken while remaining flexible to external variables like unfavorable-weather.
- Aptitude for learning and utilizing various software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow for clear communication/presentation of information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Working experience in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) including preparing and editing documents.
- Experience with ASPIRE is an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business, landscaping, or horticulture.
- Experience as a supervisor of staff, delegating work, and managing performance.
- Experience in managing job costs and analyzing job costing data.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
