We are continuing to build our in-house Marketing Department by adding a talented, driven, and well-rounded Marketing Coordinator to our team.

StructureCraft is a unique, vertically integrated design-build company of 200 structural engineering and construction professionals that specializes in timber structures, incorporating steel, glass, concrete and other materials. Since our beginning in 1998, we have pioneered award-winning solutions to help create carefully detailed building and bridge structures in timber, steel, glass, and concrete in which people the world over love to work and play.

We are rooted in our mission of “making beautiful structures possible,” which harnesses both traditional principles and paradigm-shifting innovation to bring the inherent properties of materials to their highest use. As a firm of master engineers and timber construction experts with offices in Canada, US, and Italy, we partner with world-renowned developers, owners and architects as the Engineer-of-Record to create structures that are elegant in their own right, and also serve the greater good of a community.

Our head office and shop is located in the beautiful Fraser Valley, just an hour east of Vancouver, and close to the growing Abbotsford airport. Our US office is located in Seattle, WA and European office in Trento, Italy.

**Responsibilities**
- **Digital Marketing**: Assist with monitoring and tracking website SEO & analytics. Download monthly reports and work with Marketing Manager to assess key results from website traffic and digital ads.
- **Social Media**: Stay on track of content calendar, gather information as requested by management, and assist in creating posts.
- **Graphic Design**: Assist in creating marketing collateral and video production. This will include: brochures, booklets and case studies, proposals, resumes and project tear sheets.
- **Content Creation**: Ability to assist in gathering and creating content for proposals, social media, newsletters, blogs, website, and more.
- **Events**: Provide assistance with various areas of planning tradeshows, sponsored events, lunch and learns, webinars etc.
- **Footbridge Sector**: Support the footbridge group researching upcoming tradeshows and conferences, creating and updating marketing materials, presenting analytics.
- **Support Business Development**: creating and updating presentations, marketing collateral, and proposals.
- **Award Submissions**: Assist in researching, tracking, and gathering content for company-wide award submissions.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of marketing experience and/or relevant experience preferably in the A/E/C sector
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Office 365
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to build and foster relationships
- Available to work in office with option for hybrid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
